Installing MediaWiki on IBook

    • To have GD functioning, you need to install graphic libraries (libjpeg, libtiff,libpng). To do this, according to instructions you need Fink. How do I eject CD?

  • Eject as described here. You were right, its not intuitive.

How do I drag & drop files and not only shortcuts?

  • Press ALT while dragging

I installed php from entropy site and its not working.

Test file with <? phpinfo() ?> produces nothing ie blank page.

  • Try using <php? tag. If it works then you can try to venture to edit /usr/local/php5/lib/php.ini and set short_open_tag = On
